Nomination Period

  • Fall Semester: 15 March - 15 April

  • Spring Semester: 1 September - 1 October

Semester Dates

  • Fall Semester: Early September - End of December

  • Spring Semester: Early January - Early May

Language Requirements

  • No official language certificate is required.

  • We trust our partner universities to confirm that nominated students have the appropriate language proficiency.

Course Load

  • The standard workload is 30 ECTS per semester (about 5 courses), with a minimum requirement of 20 ECTS.

Grading

  • Courses are graded on a 20-point scale, with 10/20 as the minimum passing grade.

  • In addition to final exams, assessments include participation, projects, and written work.

  • Transcripts also follow the ECTS grading standard, and grade conversion depends on the home university’s system.

Housing

  • On- and off-campus housing in Reims and Rouen can be reserved through the NEOMA BS Housing Application before arrival.

  • Rent ranges from €300–€700 per month depending on room type, services, and stay duration.

  • A full semester’s rent must be paid in advance to confirm booking.

  • Students with eligible visas may apply for the CAF housing allowance, which can cover up to 20% of rent.

Tuition Fees

No tuition fees for the Exchange Program if nominated by an exchange partner institution.

Application Deadline

  • Fall Semester: End of April

  • Spring Semester: Beginning of November

Acceptance Letters

  • Acceptance letters are automatically generated in the system.

  • Students can download them for submission to their home university, and original copies can be mailed upon request.

Exchange Course Offer

  • Up to 95% of courses are taught in English, so exchange students do not need French skills.

  • However, students must choose courses within the same level or track, either undergraduate or graduate.

Course Registration

Course registration is done online on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates will be announced by email.

  • Fall Semester: June

  • Spring Semester: November

Transcript

  • Transcripts are usually available about two months after final exams.

  • Students can download them directly from the internal portal, and an original copy can be mailed upon request.

Health & Housing Insurance

  • All students must have health insurance while studying in France.

  • Non-European students are covered either by the French National Health Insurance (free of charge) or by private international insurance, depending on their visa type.

  • In addition, housing insurance is mandatory for all accommodations in France, with a one-time cost of approximately €25–€65 for residence rooms.

Course Choice

  • The Exchange Program offers a Mix & Match catalogue for undergraduate students, featuring a wide range of Business, French Language, and e-Learning courses.

  • Students must follow the specific course selection rules for each campus.
