Should be in second year or above with a minimum “C” average (or equivalent).
Application Process

Nominated students will receive an email with the NJCU exchange application link and required documents. All materials must be submitted electronically to inbound-exchange@njcu.edu
Insurance and Immunizations

You need health insurance that meets US State Department rules.

You can use NJCU’s plan or another plan with the same coverage.

Some immunizations are required — send your documents before you arrive.

Academic Information

Full-time study: Minimum 12 credits per semester (about 4 classes).

Attendance: Students must attend all classes and activities; it counts toward grades.

Class selection: Info provided after application is processed.

Transcripts: Issued ~3 weeks after semester, with 2 official copies sent to home university.
Tuition Fees
No tuition fees for the Exchange Program if nominated by an exchange partner institution.
English Requirement

TOEFL 69–79, IELTS 5.5–6.5, or CEFR B2

Alternate proof of English proficiency may be accepted

NJCU does not offer full-time ESL; admission is not possible for English-only study
Visa Information
All exchange students must obtain an F-1 or J-1 visa. Details on the visa process are available here.
University Housing

Housing Requirement: Exchange students must live in University Housing. Waiver requests are reviewed case by case.

Housing Application: Access is given after admission and course registration. Housing cannot be applied for before registration.
