Eligibility
Currently enrolled students at sister institutions with HNU exchange agreements; must secure home institution approval.

Course Registration
All exchange students are required to register for courses through the online course registration system during the first week of the semester.
Students can take 12~18 credits at Hannam University during one semester.
Course Credit
Most of Hannam University’s courses are threecredits-three hours per week.
National Health Insurance
All foreign students are required to enroll in Korean National Health Insurance program.Approx. ₩ 70,000/month
Accommodation
Exchange students are required to stay in university dormitories. Meals are not included. A key deposit of ₩ 20,000 must be paid in cash.
Students are required to move into the Somanggwan dormitory during the vacation from the Sibley House.

Facilities & Amenities
Each room includes a bed, desk, closet, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, purified water, and shared laundry room. A student lounge is available, but there is no kitchen.Curfew: 11:00 p.m.Bathroom: One per room
Dormitory Cafeteria
Located in the Somaggwan Dormitory basement. Meals cost about ₩ 462,000 for 110 meals per semester. Meals are available only during the semester. Non-residents may also use the cafeteria at a different rate.

Alien Registration Card
All foreign students staying in Korea must register at the Daejeon Foreign Immigration Office after arrival. The Alien Registration Card (ARC) is usually issued within one to two months.
About two weeks after arrival, exchange students will visit the Immigration Office together to complete fingerprint registration. The date will be announced in advance.

Buddy Program
Exchange students will be paired 1:1 with a Korean students buddy.
Field Trip
Exchange students can participate in field trips during the Spring and Fall semester.

To obtain a Student ID Card, students visit the Office of Academic Affairs and Management located at Student Union Building. Students will need to bring the following:
