Tuition Fees

No tuition fees for the Exchange Program if nominated by an exchange partner institution.

 

Nomination Deadlines

  • Fall Semester: 15th April

  • Spring Semester: 15th October

  • Fall Semester: 25th April

  • Spring Semester: 25th October

 

Academic Calendar

  • Fall Semester: Late August / Early September – Mid December or Late January / Early February

  • Spring Semester: : Late January / Early February – Mid June/Early July

Nomination & Application

Students must be nominated by their home university and, once approved by RUAS, complete the Mobility Online application before the deadline to receive confirmation.

Online Application Requirements

The online application has three parts:

  1. Personal Data

  2. Application Data – Select a top 3 choice

  3. Required  Application Documents:

   Motivation letter or video, Current transcript of records, Curriculum vitae

 *Some programmes may also include a Skype interview.

​*Most exchange programmes are open only to senior (final-year) students.

 

Motivation Letter Guideline

  • Explain why you want to join the programme and how it fits your goals.

  • Focus mainly on your first choice (briefly mention 2nd/3rd).

  • Show your qualifications with past experiences and achievements.

​*All required application documents need to be in English

*The letter should be no longer than 1 A4/Letter format.

 

Admission to Programme 

  • After review, you’ll receive an email confirming either: acceptance to your 1st choice (with an official Letter of Acceptance) or, if not, a suggested alternative programme.

 

Language Requirements

All exchange programmes are taught in English. While no official test score is required, students should have at least IELTS 6.0, CEFR B2, or TOEFL 550 / iBT 80 / cBT 213.

  • Total: Approx. € 1000 - € 1,400

  • Accommodation: € 475 - € 1000

  • Food: € 250

  • Going Out: € 130 - € 150

  • Telephone: € 15 - € 35

  • Insurance: € 60 - € 140 

  • Sports: € 25 - € 50

  • Public Transportation: € 60 - € 100
