Application Deadlines

GPA Requirement

2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Request Airport Pick-Up Service

  • Submit your request at least 72 hours before arrival at Sydney Airport.

  • If arriving on a weekend, requests must be made by 4:00 pm on the preceding Thursday.

Application Procedure

  • Students must apply through the online application system and upload:

  • Academic transcript (original copy)

  • English language results (if applicable)

  • Exchange Supporting Statement Form (completed by home university)

Overseas Heath Service (Single Cover)

  • AUD 483

Tuition Fees

  • No tuition fees for the Exchange Program if nominated by an exchange partner institution.

Accommodation Application

  • Autumn Semester:1 November

  • Spring Semester: 1 May

 

Classes Commence

  • Autumn Semester: 3 March

  • Spring Semester: 28 July

Language Requirement

IELTS 6.0 or equivalent: TOEFL 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), 79 (internet-based), or minimum grade C in English I–IV.

Held in the week prior to the start of classes. Full details are available on the university website.

Student Services and Amenities Fee

  • AUD 175.50

Living Expenses (Per Semester)

  • AUD 8,000-12,000

  • Including accommodation, food, entertainment, books, additional internet usage beyond the UOW allocated quota, printing costs and transport. Living expenses will vary according to individual lifestyle.
