Before the Interview

Find out what the company does, their mission, products or services, recent news, and competitors. This shows you are interested and serious about the role.
Understand the Job Role
Read the job description carefully. Think about how your skills and experience match the requirements.
Prepare Questions to Ask
Write down 3–5 questions to ask the interviewer. This shows curiosity and preparation.
Update Your CV/Resume
Make sure your CV or resume is up-to-date and error-free. Prepare your portfolio or work samples if needed.
Practice Your Introduction
Plan a 1–2 minute self-introduction. Include who you are, your skills, and why you’re a good fit for the role.
Plan Your Outfit
Dress according to the company’s culture. Formal for corporate roles, smart casual for creative workplaces.
Confirm the Details
Double-check the date, time, location, and travel route. For online interviews, test your video link, camera, and microphone.
On the Day of the Interview
Arrive Early
