Pre-arrival & orientation overview

Pre-Arrival WhatsApp Support: All accepted exchange students gain access to a dedicated WhatsApp group chat managed by the OIA team. Use this platform to ask questions about travel arrangements, housing, and life in Bangkok prior to departure.
Orientation & Welcome Day: Held at the beginning of each semester, Orientation is mandatory for all incoming exchange students. It offers a warm welcome into the AU community, campus orientation, cultural insights, and essential academic setup.
Continuous Student Care: OIA acts as your primary point of contact throughout your exchange term, offering ongoing assistance with immigration reporting, academic adjustments, and personal support.
